Description
PLEASE NOTE: This is a European-manufactured amplifier intended for 220V mains voltage. Operation in the United States will require a step-up transformer.
A rare, vintage 1955 Watkins Westminster tube combo amp in exceptional condition. Watkins amplifies preceded classic UK amps like Vox and Marshall and heavily influenced the designs of many British amps that came after. This amp is original and quite clean. Unlike many small practice amps, the Westminster features a 10-watt, push-pull power amp, giving it a character distinct from typical 5-watt, "Champ-style" practice amps. It has a fantastic overdrive tone and an amazing tube-driven tremolo. This amp has been cleaned and serviced. It is fully functional and sounds great.
