Pulling inspiration from the Slö Reverb, Lore Reverse Reverb, and Fable Granular Generator, Lüm fractures your signal into tiny granular "grains" wrapped in lush reverb, opening up everything from subtle atmospheric layers to completely transformed sonic landscapes. Available in either Matte Black or Guava Gloss, both versions deliver the exact same feature set and performance.
Three distinct texture engines provide a wide range of ambient possibilities. Grain Cloud creates shimmering granular textures from a feedback delay line, Grain Verb embeds those grains inside a dense reverb wash for massive cinematic depth, and Forward/Reverse Verb combines forward and reverse reverb algorithms into rhythmic, evolving soundscapes. Five intuitive controls let you shape decay, filtering, mix, grain behavior, and time stretching, while the Stretch control globally adjusts the sample rate from half-speed to double-speed for dramatic shifts in feel and character. The Moment footswitch can automate any one of the five controls with adjustable glide times, making expressive, evolving transitions effortless during performance. Lüm also stores three onboard presets with seamless preset morphing when recalling sounds that use the same mode.
Buffered bypass keeps your signal strong, while selectable Trails or Instant Cut modes let you choose how the effect behaves when bypassed.
