The Clarksdale is a boutique overdrive specifically made for blues players. Named after Clarksdale, Mississippi, the birthplace of Delta blues, this pedal gives you a soulful, bluesy crunch, but retains versatility that can speak to all playing styles. In addition to the Clarksdale’s Volume and Gain knobs, there are three EQ knobs for Bass, Midrange, and Treble frequencies. The two-way Lift/Smooth acts as a boost, with the Lift setting “lifting” you higher in the mix, and the Smooth setting having a little less punch to it. This is a great overdrive for blues players but it also gives the player plenty of options to customize its tone!
