The Barbershop from Fairfield Circuitry is an excellent straight to the point overdrive that works great with a variety of different amps. It's easy to get great tone out of the Barbershop with its easy three-knob interface. Add a touch of grit or full-on saturation by adjusting the Drive and Volume controls. The Barbershop's Sag knob allows you to further adjust your sound by letting you adjust the voltage put out to the amplifier. This knob is where the pedal really shines, allowing for great control over the pedal's response to dynamics. There's even a Tone switch to help further control the pedal's EQ. With its simple yet unique controls and excellent organic overdrive tones, the Barbershop is a fantastic choice for a wealth of different playing styles.
