Product Description

As rich in history as it is modern design, the National Resolectic covers a sound spectrum that few instruments are able to traverse. This gorgeous guitar is built with a solid mahogany body and capped with a figured maple top bound in ivoroid, providing not only a strong foundation, but a merger of tone woods that aptly compliments its tonal characteristic. Its distinctive tone comes from a clever combination of pickups, consisting of a Jason Lollar P-90 in the neck and a Highlander piezo transducer fitted under the saddle, the pair of which can be blended to provide everything from the classic resonator paw and twang to a warm, rich ring. For a substantial range of control, National has equipped it with a 3-way switch (neck, both, piezo) and 3 volume knobs: one for each pickup and one for overall volume, so you can dial in its unique tone to your heart’s content. Complete with diamond mother-of-pearl inlays, a rosewood fingerboard, and of course, the illustrious 9.5” hand-spun resonator with a maple biscuit bridge, this exceptional guitar will give you loads of personality to infuse into whatever strikes your fancy.
