Description

Based on the Cloud algorithm from the legendary Strymon Big Sky, the Cloudburst is an incredibly versatile reverb pedal that can dial in everything from small room reverbs to lush, cinematic echoes. If you've been searching for a one-of-a-kind reverb unit that can do it all, look no further - the Cloudburst is exactly what you need.

The first thing you'll notice about the Cloudburst is that it features a new compact enclosure that makes it perfect for players looking to conserve space on their pedalboards. It also has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to dial in top-notch reverb tones - that means you won't have to spend minutes tweaking settings before you get something that sounds great.

Once plugged in, the Cloudburst has a world of sounds to explore. For players who loved the Big Sky's Cloud algorithm, just push the Decay knob past 1 o'clock, and you'll have all the gorgeous, ambient reverb you could ever need. For players who want something more subtle, roll the Decay knob back, and you'll be able to get everything from small room sounds to large hall reverbs.

The most exciting feature of the Cloudburst is its ensemble program which analyzes 48 frequency bands of the input signal and generates upper harmonics for each one. This program has tons of sonic potential - whether you're using it to create rich harmonic textures or create synthesized string swells underneath your playing, it sounds fantastic. It's also highly responsive to your pickup selection and where you pluck the string, allowing players to get plenty of sounds from one setting.

Complete with MIDI functionality, the Strymon Cloudburst is excellent for players who want an incredibly versatile reverb pedal with enough features to keep them engaged for hours on end.
