Description

The Strymon Flint V2 delivers pulsating, soothingly hypnotic effects reminiscent of vintage amplifier tremolo circuits along with three classic reverb algorithms, making it an excellent choice for players seeking an ultra-versatile vintage-inspired pedal.

On the tremolo side of the Flint V2, users can choose between the sonically complex '61 Harmonic Tremolo, the swampy and sultry '63 Power Tube Tremolo, and the sharp and balanced '65 Photocell Tremolo. On the reverb side, players can select the classic '60s Spring Tank Reverb, the inventive '70s Electronic Plate Reverb, or the nostalgic '80s Hall Rack Reverb. With nine parameters to tweak, players can create tons of fantastic tremolo and reverb tones, from splashy and pulsing to ambient and cavernous and everything in between.

New to the V2 is an upgraded Speed control that allows players to slow the tremolo down to nearly 1Hz at its minimum setting, as well as the option to adjust pre-delay time on the reverb side. It also features an analog JFET input circuit, an ARM DSP chip for increased processing power, and full MIDI implementation that allows players to control nearly every switch, knob, and setting by sending MIDI commands to the Flint's EXP/MIDI jack or USB-C port.

Complete with 300 MIDI preset locations for storing and recalling your favorite settings, Strymon's Flint V2 is one of the best vintage-sounding tremolo and reverb pedals currently available.
