We don't come across a lot of hardtail Strats, but we certainly love them every bit as much as their tremolo brothers. This one has a sleek, black finish & is loaded with a trio of Seymour Duncan single coils that sound absolutely marvelous. Professionally set up & ready to rock straight out of the case!
Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks & dings with surface scratches & some finish blemishes. The plastic wrap is still over the pickguard, however.
Neck: Maple neck with dark rosewood fingerboard & cream dot inlays. Frets show some wear, but have plenty of life in them. Locking tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.
Body: Contoured, solid alder body finished in black. String-thru "hardtail" bridge with adjustable saddles. 3-ply black pickguard & nickel/chrome hardware. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 13.8 oz.
Electronics: Unoriginal Seymour Duncan single coils. Bridge - 13.28K ohms; Middle - 8.27K ohms; Neck - 10.49K ohms. Master volume & dual tone controls with 5-way selector switch. The bottom tone knob is push/pull allowing the neck pickup to always be on. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included.
Why We Love Fender
It's hard to find a name more synonymous with guitars than Fender. Ever since Leo Fender burst onto the scene with his now-iconic Telecaster, Fender guitars have found homes in the hands of brand new guitar players and seasoned rock stars. When the headstock says Fender, you know you're getting a quality instrument.
