Description
The J-45 Special offers players a USA-built Gibson acoustic guitar at a very attractive price. Featuring a round shoulder body incorporating genuine solid mahogany for the back & sides along with a solid Sitka spruce top, which is reinforced with traditional scalloped X-bracing. This combination of tone woods delivers a warm, balanced sound with excellent dynamic range that is great for any musical genre. The "concert depth" body is slightly thinner than on a J-45 Standard, giving the Special a leaner, tighter bass response that sits perfectly in the mix & also makes it easier to hold. Professionally set up with fresh strings & low action so it's ready to play upon arrival.
