The Les Paul Standard 50s Figured Top returns to the classic design that made it relevant, played & loved, shaping sound across generations & genres of music. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of Innovation & brings authenticity back to life. It boasts a solid mahogany body, an AA figured maple top & a distinctive translucent custom color nitrocellulose lacquer finish that showcases the figured maple top. The mahogany neck has a rounded 50s Vintage profile & a rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays. This gorgeous Les Paul is equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, an aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Vintage Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons & and gold Top Hat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are loaded with Alnico 2 magnets & wired to audio taper potentiometers & Orange Drop capacitors. Professionally set up & ready to play straight out of the case.
Cosmetic Condition: Marvelous condition - super clean & still like new with only some very mild surface scratches. The plastic wrap is still over the pickguard!
Neck: 50s Vintage profile mahogany neck with cream binding & black side-dots. 12" radius Indian rosewood fingerboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays. Medium Jumbo frets are clean with no wear. Gibson Deluxe tuners with Keystone buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works perfectly.
Body: Solid mahogany body with AA-grade figured maple top in Ocean Blue finish. Aluminum Stopbar tailpiece with ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge & nickel hardware. Single-ply cream pickguard & jackplate. Guitar weighs 9 lbs 2.7 oz.
Electronics: Dual Burstbuckers with cream bezels & 3-way toggle switch. Dual volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with accessories.
