In more in-depth terms, the SHAPE controls the first gain stage, while the GAIN manages the second gain stage. As you add in gain, the response gets warmer, taming treble frequencies at higher gain settings without losing clarity at lower settings.
In addition to the versatile yet intuitive controls, the FLWR features a modular clipping diode array, allowing users to pop off the back cover and swap out the array if desired. If you need something with a more extreme sound or a different sonic character, just drop in a different diode array and you'll be able to create an entirely unique stompbox of your own!
