The EVH 5150 Iconic 6L6 15-watt head brings the celebrated sound of the 5150 to a compact 15-watt design. Delivering rich harmonics, powerful crunch and searing lead tones, this versatile head covers everything from blues and classic rock to modern high gain. Available in Black or Ivory, it brings bold looks and unmistakable EVH character to any rig.
Two independent channels provide a wide range of sounds. The Green channel features an Overdrive button for added crunch and drive, while the Red channel includes a Burn button for deeper saturation and warmth. Each channel has dedicated Gain and Volume controls, supported by a shared three band EQ, Reverb, Resonance and Presence. The included two button footswitch also activates a 6 dB Clean Input Stage Boost for extra flexibility during performances.
Built for stage, studio and home use, the EVH 5150 Iconic 6L6 15-watt Head offers practical features for a variety of setups. A quarter power switch reduces output for lower volume playing, while a speaker emulated XLR output and Power Amp Mute support recording applications. A Preamp Out, Effects Loop and selectable impedance of 4, 8 or 16 ohms make it easy to integrate with your favorite cabinets and effects.
