Description

The Strymon TimeLine MX Multi-Delay Workstation is built for players who want world-class delay sounds without compromise. Expanding on the legacy of the original TimeLine, the MX delivers an all-new generation of studio-quality processing with dual-engine operation, an integrated stereo reverb, and dramatically expanded routing and performance capabilities. Whether you're building classic tape echoes, modern ambient soundscapes, intricate rhythmic delays, or experimental textures, TimeLine MX is designed to be the centerpiece of a professional pedalboard.

At its core are 12 premium effect engines, including new Oil Can, Spectral, Drum, Reverb, and Multitap machines alongside updated versions of Strymon's renowned dTape, dBucket, Digital, Reverse, Ice, Lo-Fi, and Filter delays. Two independent engines can run simultaneously in Series, Parallel, or Split configurations with individual stereo panning, allowing combinations like dual delays or delay and reverb within a single preset. A five-minute stereo looper can be placed before or after the effects, while features like Swell and Duck are now available across every delay engine. The powerful 800MHz tri-core ARM processor, analog dry path, premium JFET input stage, and 32-bit floating-point processing deliver exceptional fidelity while preserving the feel of your original signal.

TimeLine MX is equally at home on stage and in the studio thanks to comprehensive connectivity that includes stereo TRS I/O, stereo effects loop routing, MIDI over DIN, TRS and USB-C, expression pedal support, selectable true or buffered bypass, and compatibility with Strymon's Nixie 2 editor for deep preset management. We love how Strymon managed to dramatically expand the feature set while keeping the interface intuitive, making this one of the most capable delay workstations available today.
